How much are the player rejected sticks, I might be going there tomorrow before the game, and I havent been to the Joe in about 2 years and I know that there's a store in there that sells I think game used stuff, is the stuff in there pricey?Thanks.

Go to some of the Perani's surrounding Detroit, they have alot of prostock sticks. The store in the Joe is even more expensive then the store in Troy. I picked up a game used Datsyuk Si-core from hit the ice sports for cheap during the 2003 season. I use it as a shaft now.

some are good deals, some are COMPLETE RIP OFFS

Cleary's sticks are $50, he uses an SE, used to use a Stealth

There are a few other lower-name players that are $50-100 for sticks, but I'm pretty sure it's all used stuff, though some look brand new.

I'm not sure where they sell the rejects, they might sell wholesale to local shops

Speaking of game used equipment being sold by teams. Was at Staples Center a few weeks ago and wandered into the Team LA store. Started looking at the game used section and had to walk away. No stick was under $200 no matter the player. Practice jerseys were priced kind of high too. Cheapest one i saw was Cloutier at $130. Actual game used jerseys I only had to look at one to know it was out of hand. Dustin Brown game used was $1200. A decent young player, one of my favorite players to watch but to me that was absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they jacked up the prices because of AEG signing Beckham, who knows?

Depends.. prospects and rookies usually sell fairly high. I almost bought a game used Datsyuk from his rookie season in 2003. It was from Hockeytown authentics but I was buying it second hand and the guy wanted $1750 for it. I actually got him down to $1350 but thats the cheapest ive ever seen one. Some are obviously ridiculous, Kovalchuk goes for $3000 easily.

Rookie jersey yeah I could understand paying that. But it was one of the set 1 jerseys from this year. I think the last time I saw a Brown game used jersey it was somewhere in the $600 range. Weird how the team store starts selling them and they are double what you find them for elsewhere. Jerseys I could live with being a little more expensive but when a team is asking $200 for a Brent Sopel or a Derek Armstrong game used stick its getting ridiculous. But on the other hand the Frolov game used sticks were the same price.

anyway i called, they have 4 pairs of gloves in stock. and the reason why i was asking is because it seems that people on MSH would know a little more about them. i'm just looking for the cheapest pair they would have in stock,

I agree. The prices for game used sticks are ridiculous. Especially for stiffs like Sopel. Some sticks may have only been used for 2 shifts. Big whoop.

I have a pair of game used Shane Doan CCM gloves that I got for very nice price - $125usd - but man, they are RIPE! WOO! My wife won't let me keep them anywhere but in the garage.

I picked up a Chelios SE, I love the feel a little heavier than my SL but my shot just rockets with this stick and im pretty sure the flex is about a 90/95.
