i was watching the youngstars game and they did an interview with getzlaf and i saw a gray/black vapor stick in the backround... any ideas on what it could be?

no pics as of yet and i saw three xxx's it wasnt a custom colored one like we've seen with just different colored xxx's. could it possibly be a xxxx even though it wasnt in the catalogue?

The players can get basically anything they want. They can get any type of shaft and blade. I know for a fact that some guys have ops that have a certain shaft with a blade of another company. For example, Kronwall on the red wings uses a nike/bauer vapour xxx stick with a warrior blade. Don't ask me why but he does. heatley has like an all black stealth with you cant buy. (someone spray painted there's and it looked similar in another thread.

I disagree. The initial question was someone asking about a certain stick that was seen. It turns out it was a goalie stick but alot of players have sticks with different color patterns that you cannot find anywhere really. I know it's hard but try to think about what you are saying before posting.

No I know for a fact that it was a warrior blade. A seller on ebay who is in constant access of detroit red wings gear has mentioned this to me several times. He has assured me that the blade was by warrior and it was done with the co-operation of both Nike-Bauer and Warrior.
