I can guarantee you I know more people at NBH in higher positions than you do, and despite that, they won't make them for a retailer.

Congrats on knowing more people at NBH then i do!! Besides my sales rep and a couple customer service reps at NBH is there really anyone else i need to know? But who ever said anything about getting them from NBH?? When you know equipment managers from NHL, AHL, and Hockey East teams its pretty easy to get things most people cant get. Im going to call a few of my colleges that we supply and see what the story is with these skates and how many if any i can get.

I know this is not an orderable item for a retailer. I'm not trying to go around NBH and use an equipment manager to process the order, because I can do that if I wanted to. That's called being honest. The last thing I would want to do is get eq mgrs and pro reps in trouble.

I try to go through the proper channels. And I did, and they told me they won't do it. So, life goes on.

I have zero interest in stocking this skate. I am just trying to make a personal friend of mine happy since he went the custom ONE90 route and the skate did not work out for him.

Im still trying to figure out how going through one of my equipment managers is in anyway dishonest. I pay for anything and everything we get from these guys. And most of them print out an invoice and we cut a check directly to the team, so it in no way is dishonest or cheating the owners of the team out of money. For most of the Div 1 schools we supply we have to get a PO to do anything with them so theres no possibly way of sneaking around that! Theres other honest routes to take besides directly through the company if someone truely wanted a pair of these skates!

In that case, go ahead and make my guy happy. The skates are for his son, who plays for the Springfield EJHL team. So, a local guy for you. I will email you his NBH boot pattern number and spec and have his father contact you.

Are you talking about the Springfield Jr Falcons or Jr Pics??? In either case ive probably met or dealt with them many times. Most of those kids from both teams come into our shop on a daily basis. Ill keep my ears open for this one!
