Only issue I ever had was a helmet that looked like it fell out of the box at the warehouse (had dust on the outside of it). Still, for major protective gear, I like their prices and selection over any other site. But yeah, not so much for peripheral items like cages, visors, or in this case, OPS. The shipping super fast and the prices on some of their equipment was unbeatable espcially since I'm from Canada. I saved about half of what I would pay here for the same pair of pants/shoulder pads.
