It's the old Koho rating.

Although they're using the wrong abbreviation, it's kilos. Multiply the rating by 2.2046 and you'll get your flex rating.

Wow...how do you know all of this, JR? :ph34r:

With any physics or extensive hockey background, one would know that conversion rate; it's the standard way to convert kilograms to pounds, though you are converting metric mass to American weight, which are not the same thing, but most people don't know that...

Actually, 2.2046 is forever engrained in my memory from my previous job. I used to work for an airline.

Colombian airline, Escobar?

i tell all the non-math majors to double it and add ten, and you roughly get the easton flex

40=90

45=100

this also means the 3380 shaft i have that is 60 kp is 132 easton flex, holy hell

Close enough...

Thats why I never got around using Koho shafts.

I found a CoreLight when I got those twigs from the Solar Bears - it was either a 60 or 65. It was something ridiculous. I didn't touch the thing.

I have a CoreLight but its a 45. VERY stiff but if I really lean into a slapper I can make it kick, and wow, does it kick too bad I can't find another one that would be slightly lighter. It's a tank too.
