west star athletics right near erin mills twin arena sells graf skates...right off winston churchill

Although i am not a huge fan of there body Balance Method of Profiling I do find that in the Mississauga area West Star has the best fitting. All the skates I have seen from Dukes have either been the wrong skate or over sized.

IMO....

Dukes is pathetic. Terrible prices, and their like car salesmen. Just try to sell the most expensive, not what will fit best or be best for you.

Looks like Dukes haven't kept everybody happy. Still go have a look at them and judge for yourself. I've never had any issues with them and they provide me with top level player equipment and can order you whatever they don't carry in regular stock. Yes, they specialize a little more in goalie equipment but carry a lot of good high end player equipment as well. Their service is great and the guys very knowledgable.

Dukes may have some decent prices, but the manager is the worst, all the other guys there are pretty good, no issues with them , only that manager. I will never buy anything from them ever again. I highly reccomend CLP Sports, Family owned and operated, and if they don't have it they will order for you. Great for Graf skates or any other brand. I heard Corbett's is good, but I've not been there yet, may check them out, but definately eill go to CLP. They are located on Lakeshore by Southdown rd

What is CLP's exact address trip7. I'll check them out next time I'm in that area which shouldn't be too long because I'm always working in that area.

As someone mentioned earlier, West Star Athletics. Great service, great guys. If you need Graf Skates in Mississauga go there. They also give the best skate sharpening in the GTA. Only place I will go, every other place I have ever tried, the skates feel worse after. Go to West Star.

If you're going to Duke's, better wear a suit. Else you don't get any service. I got completely overlooked and almost no attention in comparison to the guy who was beside me who was wearing a suit and I was in jeans and a t-shirt. Sadly enough, I had cash in hand, ready to buy some 735s that day and the other guy was just trying things on. Quite offended at the stereotyping, I took my business elsewhere. I don't need that BS as a paying consumer.

I've had that experience in stores before sniper (and in a few clubs when I was single)....you would think staff (and women) would have better methods for deciding where their time/efforts would pay a better dividend.

My visit to Duke's was better than I'm seeing, no presure and knowledgable replies to my questions. Could be I caught staff on a good day, possibly a guy in same jeans as you had re-arranged the stick rack at closing time the previous evening.
