No, Hull spraypainted them black and wrote "Mission" in silver marker...funny as hell...

I remember seeing Hull using a "M-2" shaft that looked a lot like a Z-Bubble with M-2 colours & graphics. The way I could tell was that in some shots you could actually see the flare or bubble near the end of the stick.

I remember breaking an Arnott and finally buying into the scare of seeing what's on the inside of the shaft. It said "You may attend a party where strange customs prevail. 11 21 7 19 3"

I just find it funny that people are caring about what it says on the inside of the sticks when the odds are they bought it for the name on the outside of the stick.

when will companies will be switching to wavy blades like warrior and whats the difference

The tiny wave stuff is infinitely easier to mould/shape into small, intricate parts. Think carbon fiber tubes, complex curves on pannels, etc, etc, etc. That stuff is all being sucked dry by the military and aerospace industries right now, so it's cost prohibitive to continue using it. More of the large weave stuff is being produced now because it fills the supply gaps in the civilian market. I don't know if there's any real strength difference.

College and pro players can get whatever option they want on their shafts. If they want grip or the textured checker pattern, it's all available to them. A guy I skate with has a pro stock one90 that's just smooth with no checkered grip.

Heres some input that might help this argument a little. Last week I received a shipment of One90's from one of our sources. Some of the sticks were standard looking one90's with the rough textured grip to them. However there was also about a dozen we received that looked like One90's but the shaft was smooth with no textured grip and the blades had the checkered pattern on them. It had the same taper as the other one90's but had those two suttle differences. Not sure if this is a pro stock option or not but atleast we know its out there now!
