one90 & tapered blade?

Recommended Posts

I did a search and came up with nothing :(

What kind of tapered blades fit on a cut one90 OPS?

Id like to know if someone actually did it, cause not all tapered blades are the same!

thanks for the help!

Get a longer hosel Taper blade like the Dolomite or CCM 10.0.

You'll lose lenght cutting the OPS to fit a taper blade, so they will make up for some of it.

While we're on the topic of the One90... how do you like the Tactile grip?

thanks for the answer, Ill prolly buy a dolomite tapered blade!

My one90 is a pro stock, so it is a little different, its not tactile grip, its a grip coating like we see on Synergy's, and I love it!

i put a wood comp synth in mine, but had to cut fairly high up.

As for the grip, i have one of the originals with the bump grip, which was nice, and i have a prostock non bump grip version.

You notice the grip more on the prostock one.

if you perfer composite, then try the xxx-lite composite, or you could use a synergy II, personally i have put a tps r2 blade in a one90 shaft and it worked just fine.

anyone have any idea how far up the shaft i would have to cut to fit a tapered mission prostock blade or a tapered dolomite blade in? My stick is already kind of short, and i don't really want to put a butt end into it, but can anyone put a picture up or explain where on the graphics or point on a retail one90 they cut at to fit a tapered blade? Im assuming its not a fused one piece so i cant heat/pull.....also, is there any filing of the inside of the shaft taht will have to be done?
