TPS SHafts 2007

Is there a different color for every flex and model TPS shaft this year? The website seems to show that a whip flex R8 shaft would be the mustard yellow color, and i just wanted to see if anyone knew anything about this.

um i know that prostock R8's come in lots of colors, as for retail there are seperate colors for seperate models, ie. R2-blue, R4-red etc.

i dont think its categorized by flex

thanks. not the best marketing idea, cuz i would rather not buy the mustard yellow version.

As long as it puts the puck past the goalie why does it make a difference. I've been using TPS stuff so long the yellow doesn't even register anymore.

Well truthfully there are many shafts I am anxious to try, and when you spend money every detail is taken into account. I am not ruling out using it by any means, its just a detail that I wouldve preferred to be different. You being someone who is happy with TPS product I understand what you are saying, but I am not 100% sold on the product, and there are plenty of shafts out there to try. All I am saying is that their color choice is definitely not a selling point for me, someone who isn't sold on the performance of their shafts yet. No doubt there is much more to a product than what color it is presented in, and hopefully I'll be able to get a feel for it in person eventually.

If anyone has had a chance to scope it out in person or use it, I'd love to hear about it, and how it may stack up against other high end tapered shafts.
