The truck is rolling around to my rink tomorrow, and luckily I have practice so I'll be able to check it out. For those that have seen it, what's there to expect?

Is this the trailor that has all the gear in it?

One of my managers was hired to drive the truck. The guy who used to drive it around who was from our other location, got promoted to doing all the Universities in the Mid West.

i saw it last year and it was mostly just one90 skates and stuff... probably nothing that isn't at your lhs. i'm guessing vapor xxxx skates this year and maybe some xxxx sticks?

If it is that truck, its okay. They have some custom colored XXX gloves and sticks that are pretty cool to look at. The XXX Lite woodie is neat if you havnt seen that before.

It would be really nice if they had the XXXX stick there. Last time it came thru here, they had the XXXX skates, which was the first time anybody had seen them.

If the guy is a big bald-headed guy with either a beard or goatee, its Jason. Tell him Tyler from Westwood said hey for me if you get the chance.

The trailer is full of demo stuff that you can try out if you are at a rink. They used it last summer to educate retailers on the One90 line. If you are in the area its worth checking out.

I wasn't too impressed. It was all stuff I've seen before with the exception of some iD sticks and the XXXX stick. You couldn't demo anything, only try on, which you could just do in the store anyway. Some of the iD curves are really nice, especially the P14 curve. I may have to pick up an XXX-Lite with the One90 texture in that curve once they start shipping. Also, One90's can be changed from the silver color to a black color with the iD program. The XXXX seems like it's going to be a very nice stick. Little heavier than the XXX-Lite but feels better in your hands, IMO.

i know there's been too many topics on this but since you were just talking about it does anyone know how much more the nike id sticks are gonna cost?

Does the XXXX have the same shaft shape as the XXX Lite, or is it less... bulky? I hate the XXX Lite's shaft, feels really bulky and too rounded.

I wouldn't say it's as bulky as the XXX-Lite. Definitely boxier however.
