Vapor xx's vs NBH 4-Roll

i know there is plenty of info on both of these gloves, but, to those who have used both gloves, which do you prefer. i have xx's and i would like to try the 4-rolls. can you compare the fit and performance and weight

I was trying them on yesterday, XX fit tighter in the palm, 4-rolls are pretty loose. XX may have been a bit lighter, didn't really notice either one being particularly heavy.

Yeah, the weight between the two are pretty close, nothing noticable unless you really want to take your time and sit there and weigh them out. As for fit, the XX's are like a tapered fit I guess you could call it. They're snug in the palm area but have a loose fit in the cuff and wrist area. While the 4-Rolls on the other hand, I found to be just a loose fitting glove all round and personally don't like the way they feel as much as the XX's. I only owned the XX's though, have only tryed on the 4-Rolls, so performance on the ice I'm not sure of, but as for fit and feel, that's what I know.

The 4 rolls are a classic that as stood up the test of time. they have had a fe minor changes over the years but are still basically the same glove since the 80's. You couldn't go wrong with getting these gloves

And the added ventilation is a nice plus as well. Best bang for the buck for a pro model glove.

You will notice a big difference if you go to the 4 roll, it is a looser glove, I used XX for three years decided to try something different, went to an Eagle with a similar fit to the 4 roll, one month later I was back in the xx. For my money xx are the best glove out there, but I like the snug fit.
