The people that I know that have worn them both say the 1500's are more comfortable than the 1300's.

The ankle contour and padding was changed from the 1300 to 1500 in order to prevent the apparent ankle destruction everyone was experiencing in the 1300. Go to bed kids.

I'm currently skating in the Synergy 900 but am looking into grabbing a pair of 1500c's since hockeymonkey.com has them for $300. The only problem is none of my LHS have them so I can't try them on, and hockeymonkey.com has a no-return policy on clearance/closeout items. Would I be safe ordering them in the same size as my 900's? Is it worth taking the step up to the 1500c's or is the difference small enough that I should stick with my 900's? Thanks for the help guys!!

I've heard of the Stealths having issues, especially the s15's. Are the 1500c's known for poor durability as well?
