Just be advised that they seem to be getting out of the hockey business and may not be able to do things that regular hockey retailers would be able to do. (like reorder something in a different size, etc...)

They are, indeed, removing themselves from the hockey market. Current selection is rather limited, but if you find something you like, I wouldn't discourage buying from them.

I cleaned them out of 85 flex AK27s awhile back (very good price) and had absolutely no problems with them. Shafts actually got to me much quicker than I had anticipated they would.

I've ordered a lot of stuff from them for myself and teammates. Just the past couple months I bought Vapor XX pants, Intake helmet, Itech comp shorts, Supreme 70 gloves and two Supreme 70 bags. They ship with USPS, so the price was very reasonable (they actually charged me less shipping than what they paid) and my stuff got to me within 3 days. Great store, too bad they're closing. :(

I recently ordered a pair of gloves from them on sept 20th, and my item has not arrived yet. i asked for the 3day shipping and nothing has arrived. I tried emailing them and no response for a week, so i was wondering what steps should i take to resolve this?

Call them as that'd be the most direct way of resolving this.

With this horror story and someone having a bad epuck experience, I'm going to assume this board jinxes the stores that usually have good customer service. Too bad for all the bad-mouthing they get Hockey Giant still sucks.
