what are your views on the blade hitting the floor/ice hard when shifting left to right? i always thought that it was slowing me down on my narrow stickhandles.

How does your wrist feel when going wide side to side with the puck? i can do it for couple of seconds than the puck starts to roll towards the toe (my upper hand isn't rolling backhand fast enough).

This is all just in my opinion - I hit the ice when I do narrow stickhandling dribbles - usually the ones close to your body are going to be your fast moves. I also hit the plastic a bit more because it doesn't slide aswell as on ice.

I use a retail Kovalev(drury) and the curve isn't as big as a prostock Kovalev so I find I have to cup the puck more and involve my upper wrist. Also you can grip the stick to tight, it always has to be moving in your hands .

The material is from a thread that was on hear a while ago, i tried searchin but I couldn't find it. Its good but it kinda bends at the places were I glued the peices together.

a friend of mine uses that in the window to block the sun out and i guess as insulation. I should sneak in and replace it w/ foil and make off with the board!

Its the Polyethylene-HDPE Sheet just scroll down and its there in different sizes and colours. I would recommend spending more and getting one big peice instead of glueing a bunch together - thats what I did but some of the plastic has cracked
