Vapor XXII or XX skates

I have the choice of Vapor XXII or XX skates, the XX is $80 cheaper and both fit nicely. Which is the best bet?

I had the XX's for a year and a half. Great boot, only broke one blade during my usage of them. As for their durability, they were top notch, and I play travel, skating around 6 times a week, so that should give you some idea. Easily my 2nd favorite skate next to my current S15's.

Any idea what more do I get if any find the $$ for the XXV or XXXX?

A bit of research indicates the XX is an older model, I don't mind that if it is a better skate, am I correct?

xx was top of the line...i had 4 pairs in 4 years and loved them. If they still made them i'd buy them over my xxxx

Really can't say the XX is a better skate because the XXII hasn't been out long enough to get an idea about their durability. In my humble opinion I believe you should go for the XXII's because there where issues with the XX's. which where never resolved. The final choice is yours however, just giving you my advice.

Is my memory failing? I thought the 20's were more durable than the 30's...........?
