9 times out of 10, you'll need to drill new holes. Occasionally, you'll get lucky and the holders will line up perfectly, or almost perfectly. I've noticed this with the S15's and ls2 holders. I've never had to drill new holes on those so far, including my own. RBK's though, I've had to drill holes. But that's just me.
