Help with a pro return blade?

I know, it's another pattern question, but I can't find any info about it. I picked up this Pro Return blade, and I love it. Says Matteau, Toe curve, very slightly open on the toe. Only bad thing about it is the lie, I'm wearing the blade a lot faster on the toe than the heel. Any opinions on what would be similar, but a different lie? put a pic of the matteau blade behind my P92 blade (heels lined up), what lie would that be around? Anyone know a retail pattern that's pretty close? Crosby? Thanks guys!

There's not much available at retail with that lie, looks like a 4-4.5

Prospal, Pitlick or Havlat pro are the only things I've seen that are close. You might just want to go the custom route and get them with the right lie for you.

alright, looks like the Shanahan pattern is close to that curve, but with the same lie as the P92. I don't care for the lie on that blade, I think the P92 is about right as far as lie is concerned. Can anyone think of something that resembles that curve, but is a 5.5 or 6 lie?

after seeing the picture of the Shanahan curve, it doesn't look all that close...

off hand, Dingman and Leschyshyn use patterns like that as well. ill check my pro blade stock @ home

Last I say the Dingman was a mid curve(we are talking about chris correct?). Prospal lie isn't that low, I think it's around 5.5, but it is a heavy toe kink(moreso than an actual curve).

I'd have to agree with the prospal recommendation then. I believe he uses a 100 flex, btw... but it's been over a year since I've seen one of his sticks.

Does he use shaft+blade or OPS? I'm liking my endure shaft, hoping to find some tapered blades with a nice toe kink on them... Thanks for the posts guys

He used a SL but now uses a SE.

forsberg/modano has a 4 lie with a round toe. it slightly open but the curve is midheel isntead of the toe heal which u r looking for.

I'll try to clear things up a bit... Looking for a 5.5 or 6 lie (5 if i have to), toe kink like the picture, doesn't matter if it's square or round toe. I'd like to find a tapered blade over a OPS, wood preferably. Where would I go to get a custom blade?

If you want a wood then go through Christian. Go to their website and do it up. You can just submit your pattern and tell them you want it at a higher lie....done deal.
