Australian Shepherd.

Fantastic dogs; smart, energetic, playful and affectionate. I really miss mine.

A Josh Beckett jersey.

And it hurts me to buy it because I'm a die hard Yankees fan, and she's a die hard Red Sox fan.

:(

I feel your pain, bought my girl a Sabres jersey, I'm a Bruins fan...that hates the Sabres more than the Habs.

I got my GF's Leafs jersey lettered up TUCKER. Tell me THAT wasn't hard for a Habs fan.

 Yikes. As a Leaf fan, i'm sorry. You shoulda done PLUGGER 16, would have been the same thing. Did you spit on it after it was done?

And i'm scot free for Xmas. G/F's b-day is in late November, and worked my Nikon hookup and scored the bad ass 11-55mm D40 with a 4GB SD card.

The trick is breaking up around the 10th and getting back together after christmas. Works for v-day too.

"Getting back together nookie" is always the best too. They always try and bring it just to prove that you never should have left. BRILLIANT....just BRILLIANT!!

Thanks Chadd that is actually what we were doing up your way, picking up the pup and the hitting my bros for a small break. 2 days in the house and little girl genius is already going up stairs walking on her leash and responds when called. Most responsive, smart pup I have ever had. Little pisser though

So what are you supposed to get for someone who isn't you're significant other, but you are in that "courting" stage with?

Theres a lovely lady I've been hanging out with for a few weeks, I met her in one of my classes fall semester last year but didn't really get to know her until now. I want to get her something without it being a big deal since I am pretty sure she isn't getting me anything.

A book or something?

For the caring, yet still not at "that" level yet....you can never go wrong with a Bath and Body Works gift basket. Women will always find a use for exotic hand creams and lotions.

hmmm..i like that idea.

maybe something like

paired with one of those gift baskets like http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/product/in...rentPage=family

i figure the basket gift bag would be enough....but that blanket looks sooooo soft and cozy I can't resist.

Got her a laptop and an NBA game (her 1st NBA game as we've gone to many hockey games.. lol her first game was the Stanley Cup Finals). It was between a HDTV Flat panel or a laptop, went with the one she needed more. Oh this Holiday season has sure hit the wallet hard..

Ooo expensive is right!

Hear ya on that, my credit cards almost maxed. If I'm lucky I'll have it paid off by next Christmas. In a few weeks I'll have a thread up about whether to file bankruptcy or not :( Haha, Merry Christmas everyone!
