Nike Bauer 4500/5500 Fitting Problems

Yeah so as the title states I was at sportchek tonight trying on some helmets (the NBH 4500/5500) and I figured I would need a small or medium (I'm about 5'9"-ish) ... But the small and medium were both way to small and the large was a bit loose, it could easily slide forwards and back...so basically does anyone else find the sizing a bit odd?

My head circumference is about 57 cm if that helps...

I find it odd you'd relate head size to height, but a small would fit according to their sizing so that part is odd.

Did you try adjusting the small and mediums? The first time I walked in looking for the helmet I asked the guy if they had anything bigger than the XL and he says "sure, let me get a screw driver"

I was naive and didn't have the power of MSH to keep me from looking stupid.

Keep in mind that the M at its biggest setting is bigger than a L at its smallest setting. The sizes overlap. So, if the L is too big, you are definitely a M.

Oh shoot for some reason that didn't even cross my mind to adjust the sizing...I'll have to "harness" the MSH power :lol:

Yeah I just checked out the sizing guide and noticed the overlap...Looks like I'll be heading there tomorrow to figure it out...Thanks man
