It will be standard. Easton is also coming out with a S15 shaft also standard and a SE shaft which will be tapered. Not sure what makes them different though.

I was just about to buy an Ultra-lite shaft, but I've heard that the newer models (white) haven't been as durable as the old brown and green ones. How will the new ST shaft compare to the previous Ultra-lites? Should I wait for the new Easton line-up or just buy a white Ultra-lite now ?

Not sure what the new line will be like but if you can find an old brown UL, get it. The green and white UL suck compared to the older models.

I saw the 08 ST shaft yesterday. It looks just like the shaft of the SC6 but says ST near the bottom in small print. Will this be the way they all look this year? Just to be clear it says ST where it would say SC6 on the stick not the bottom.

All of the Stealth sticks have the same paint scheme as the S17 with the two color bands at the ends. The Synergy models will all have the same as the SC6 with the center colorway. SE paint doesn't change and carries over to the Z-bubble.

The wood sticks are also getting the new paint and names. All performance models are stealth, the rest are synergy.
