yea cause I was thinking about it and I cant think of a player either. Maybe it is the lack of stiffness, but there has to be some pros who might prefer that?

I've seen a few online that were pro issue but I can't recall seeing any specific pro wearing them.

I'd say 705 with the 703 coming in second.

705 is the most used, followed by 703/704... 707 comes a distant third, i think there only 4. I see no 727 or 709 or 735... I know Spezza wears 735 side pannels on a 703 with tuuk + blades... I seen some 709 in AHL...

didn't tucker and roberts use to wear the 709 great whites? and i think eric brewer use to wear the 735's. i could be wrong tho

I usually see tuuks or lightspeeds on them. I don't remember seeing many cobras if not any at all.

Alot replace them..... I thought Tucker wore a higher number Graf 700 series, either the 727, or 735. I could be wrong, I look around for pics.

i know scot niedermyer wears the 735 with a lined toe cap, lemieux is wearing a 705,steve moore and his brothers wear 703's. but yeah pop graf by pro is 705 and 703 but if a pro had a wide foot and wanted a 727 they would but put more stiffeners in them. and nimeroskies wear 703s

I'm sure they could. MY friend had some 705s and he kept the cobra holders but had tuuk steel on them. I aint sure how he did that but he had it done. Now he has 2 more pairs of 705s and he just put tuuks on them.

For me the problem was both, the holder would touch the ice when I took crossovers and the steel would ware down the fast. Plus I thought the steel was weak, I broke 2 blades in a short time, so I just got lightspeeds.

I tried my 705s for the first time after using bauers for 3 years. I noticed it felt like I was on a tight rope. It felt like my weight was down the center of my foot, while on my tuuks it felt spread around my whole foot. Will my foot get used to it, or is that a feeling that i do not want to skate on?

lemieux has a pair of 705s just the boots made for him, there freakin big and niedermyer because a guy who plays in germany has his skates because they screwed up on his G series and thats all they had in his size

Allot of guys keep the cobras Reighr from the Flames, Fedotanko Tucker and even brett hull have cobras...

When it comes to holders, you cant really say hoes best, its all in what you like...

For exemple:

Brendan Shanahan wears a E Holder on some old tacks

Jerome iginla wears a pro lite3 on a Vector Pro

Sundin and Naslund and Lemieux wear some old holders on there skates

Scott nedermyer wears a lightspeed on his vector pros

I have a friend that wears a Razoe Easton blade on a Nike quest 1...

It's all in what you like, perk is the biggest thing... I like cobras cause they make me lean forward, I lean forward allot when I skate....

I'm pretty sure Schneider wears Pro Lites on his 703s. Tucker swtiches between Tuuks and Cobras.
