What do you think about my idea?

Recommended Posts

Right now I've got a nitro force 110 flex shaft (old OPS) that is broken and a nitro lite 70 flex (old OPS) shaft without blade.

At frist I tought that it would be as good as new if I did a SRS repair on the 110 flex shaft but then I realized it was going to bee to stiff for me (usually 65-75 flex),

but when I come home from the rink I found my 70 flex shaft and I got an idea:

I will put the lower part of the 110 flex shaft (with blade) in the broken 70 flex shaft together with SRS repair (=upper shaft-70 flex, lower shaft-110 flex (20-30cm long+blade)).

How do you think it will turn out??

that might be too weird to shoot with... since the stick will flex above where the SRS is done. Interesting...

If you've got the money to blow on it, try it out and let us know how it worked.

this could be something interesting....

but if it was going to be such an effective technological advancement....wouldn't the big names already have been producing sticks this way?

also, arent the older mission shafts like a dual-flex type thing?

If i remember correctly the new TPS R10's are going to have three flex zones.

yeay i think itll work for shit, itll be like a Driver

haha, first good laugh of the day.

If you don't care about the sticks or money man, do it with lower flex @ bottom. Sounds fun at least.

previous mission sticks used to have that, with two different stiffness ratings on the shaft. Cant really say about other brands, as I havent use the triflex or some others.
