Does graf only make good skates?

No, Graf has gloves, pads, pants, sticks...Dont know if they still produce anything other than skates these days but they have produced all in the past or at least had their name stamped on the equipment..

Graf makes shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey pants, gloves, shin pads, protective wrist bands, and neck protectors. From what I've seen they are all pretty decent quality products. I second the opinion on the 700 hockey pants. I was looking to get them if I couldn't get my Tackla 5000's because they have the same fit and decent protection.( I really like the European fit ) My son has the 700 shin pads and they've worked out well.

Their pants not sure which model, I bought them about 6 years ago were the most comfortable ones I have ever worn and the protection was pretty good.

I found the gloves to fit a bit tight, i did enjoy their pro nylon glove though (forget the model though)

they could use some work on their aesthetics... not the greatest IMO

I have a few friends who skate in mostly all Graf equipment. They love the comfort, but have had to take it to a shoe-maker and had it double-stitched because the seams are not sewn well.

I've tried on the gloves and they're very comfortable, but not as protective as other competitors. The index, middle, and ring finger are all triple-segmented and the interior padding is insane.
