greech 4 Report post Posted April 5, 2008 I try and stay off the ice for the most part. I skate 7 days a week in season, so to play summer league 2X a week is nice. Beach and working seems to occupy plenty of my time as well.

biff44 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2008 Summer is the time to get well again! So you have to take a few weeks off at least and enjoy life! If you have something busted that you have been living with alll season, this is the time to see the doc and have it worked on.After that, it all depends on your level of hockey. If you are a prospect, the summer is about getting better for next year, fixing any holes you have, getting bigger and stronger, etc. Weight room, skating lessons, skills, golf, other sports, beach time.
