Normally, I just golf. Used to play competitive baseball, but stopped a few years back. This summer I'm going to golf alot, train (gym or out-door training), and go to quite a few camps.

I also play year round, but I also train in taekwondo, lift weights, yoga, and will play beer league softball.

I try and stay off the ice for the most part. I skate 7 days a week in season, so to play summer league 2X a week is nice. Beach and working seems to occupy plenty of my time as well.

Usually just go to the gym 3-4x a day and play various sports on the other days. Its hard going to the gym during summer though.

Yeah, there's that danger. Muchas cervezas then before you know it we're rocking wings, pizzas, and nachos at some pub.

Summer is the time to get well again! So you have to take a few weeks off at least and enjoy life! If you have something busted that you have been living with alll season, this is the time to see the doc and have it worked on.

After that, it all depends on your level of hockey.

If you are a prospect, the summer is about getting better for next year, fixing any holes you have, getting bigger and stronger, etc. Weight room, skating lessons, skills, golf, other sports, beach time.
