I don't think there is any "set in stone" conversion factor with the XXXX and One95 - I would say some people will take the same size, other will take a 1/2 size down - like you heard. The LHS I went to said the length size is fairly similar. My personal experience I had XXV's in 11.5 D, and I bought a One95

also in 11.5 D/BB - If you can go to a LHS and try them on that would be best. The One95 has more room in the toebox and forefoot area than XXV - and the One95 is more narrow in the ankle area than XXV's. There is a thread down there somewhere about One95's/One75's its about 74 pages long - So after a little forth of July snack, why don't you go downstairs and fire up your MAC.....

Just for kicks and giggles I put my left foot in my One95's with toe against toe cap then took a flash light and noted the space in the heel area....did the same thing for the XXV's - This less than scientific study yeilded no significant difference in length....maybe One95 a little smaller gap.....

Not heard of anyone else doing this...but I was a 7.5D in the XXXX's and went to an 8.0D in the One75's.

Well, I think that just goes to show the importance of trying the skates on before buying as everybodys feet are different. And we all like our skares to fit differently.

I've tried on both...in the XXXXs, i needed a EE but the 95s fit felt fine with just the D width since they run a bit wider. I wore an 8.0 length in both skates. It'll really just come down to the shape of your foot. Hope this helps.

I've found the Vapor XXXX skate to be very comfortable but a little wider in the heel/ankle area than the One95/One75/One55 type skate

im also an 11D in the vapors and i just picked up the One95s in a 10.5 D today. i held up next to each other and they are very close and i felt that once i heated the One95 up and kicked the foot back a little they fit well length wise for me....obviously the skate is more contoured so its gonna feel a bit different but i havent skated on them yet, but i dont expect any problems

I was actually just wondering the same thing as this.

After reading this, I'm going to have to try on a few different sizes before I decide apparantly. Does the One95 generally run wider? I think I'll be a EE in every skate I try on, but I'm just wondering.

I had the one95 and now I have the Vapor XXXX.

I am a size 6D in both, but I had to get a bit of stretching and punching out done on my Vapor XXXX where as the one95 fitted with no problems out of the box.
