Bauer P88

Well... I finally got sick of breaking xxx tapered wood blades and I am going composite for my synergy II...

Is a heatly or an iginla closest to a p88? I couldnt tell from pattern DB and can't find a local shop with all 3 in stock

Either one of those is the closest. They are the exact same curve but have different lies. The heatley is a shorter blade too.

+1

IMO, the Iginla and the P88 are nearly identical. You can make an argument that there are slight differences, but I bet if you were stickhandling and shooting and the blade wasn't labelled, you wouldn't know the difference. The old Mission Leopold2 curve was also the same as the P88 and the Iggy.

I'm with Griff on that one. Both are shorter blades with squarer toes, might as well get the blade you're used to.

I would say if your sick of breaking blades Easton isn't your company. I've easily snapped 4 this month.

P88 is not a 6 lie, more like a 5.5, most Bauer lies tend to be mis-leading.

And I'd definantly get the P88 in a Bauer composite blade, easton blades have always had shitty durability IMO.
