A2rhino 63 Report post Posted August 20, 2008 Same fit as the S15's only different features. Great skate for the dollar from what I've been told and seen.
ntwusc 62 Report post Posted August 20, 2008 I bought mine in January and I'm having the same issues as other S11/S15 owners as far as the leather parts starting to come unglued from the composite boot. I've also had a rivet holding one of the tendon guards break and come out. Newer batches may have had these issues fixed, but I'm disappointed with the durability of my pair. That being said, they're very light and have a very good heel lock, which is why I bought them in the first place.

epstud74 24 Report post Posted August 20, 2008 A couple guys on my beer league squad wear them..They seem to like them and they've held up well cosmetically it seems..Of course both guys weigh less than 175lbs. One guy is in Easton 1500C synergy skates and he's easily 250lbs.. It looks like his left ankle buckles every time he pushes off..Of course he's on his 3rd pair of 1500Cs in 5 months. I may be way off base here, but if you have a wide foot, but regular/low arch and weigh less than 200lbs..Easton can be a good skate for you..Of course that is just my own personal observation..I'm by no means a skate fitter. A2rhino 63 Report post Posted August 20, 2008 How are they in depth ? or stiffness?Check out the review board on the S15's. That should tell you alot about the skate and what type of person is wearing them.

mmmjags 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2008 My s11's only lasted about 9 or 10 months. I really liked the skates aside from the durability. Overall, I would recommend looking for something else.
eric42434224 1 Report post Posted September 8, 2008 Just to clarify, if I wear an particular size and width in the s15, is the fit for the s11 EXACTLY the same?My area LHS's dont carry them, and I am entertaining the idea of getting the s11's as an extra pair instead of another s15. ntwusc 62 Report post Posted October 20, 2008 As I mentioned previously, my S11's are deteriorating at a fairly rapid pace. Does anyone know if Easton has extended relief to anyone who bought skates from the batch that had the glue issues but are past the 90-day warranty?
houk 0 Report post Posted October 21, 2008 I purchased a pair of these easton s11 skates back in December 2007. I've been playing on them consistenly twice a week for a total of 6 hours/week. The inside of the right boot where the leather is glued to the composite starting to loosen up. I thought nothing of it and kept playing. 2 weeks later it was getting to the point where I could slip 2 or 3 fingers in the hole. I tried using gorilla glue and stuff from the hardware store but to no avail. I called up easton sports here in Canada and spoke to a nice lady named Joanne. She said that there have been a lot of problems with these skates and the S15 in particular. She would gladly exchange the skates for me but I didn't have the receipt (damn it). She suggested I take it to a store here in ontario and get them glued/fixed. I did have them repaired but 3 weeks later, I can see the composite and leather separating. I love these skates but I will think twice about buying easton skates again. The durability in a 400-500 dollar pair of skates is just not there.
