beerleaguecaptain 1004 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 I bought Vapor socks when I bought my skates. They felt great and fit great. I baked my skates with them on and all was well. Later that week I bought two more pairs. When I went to put them on I found that the two pairs I purchased later where cut differently then the first pair. They are are the same size but are cut smaller. On the first pair the foot is sized right and the heel pocket comes up around my heel. On the other it's 2 or 3 inches too short. Has anyone else had this experience and does anyone have a sock suggestion. Now that I baked my skates in the Vapor socks that are thicker my CCM Oxysocks don't feel right because they are thinner. rtwng20 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 DK, are you sure you didn't buy a youth size the second time arround? I'm not sure but most socks come in youth and adult sizes.
beerleaguecaptain 1004 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 They were definatley adult sized. They still come up over my calf, just weird around the foot. Very annoying.
JJ Thompson94 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 Something is wrong and you should exchange them. I have 2 pairs of those socks and they both fit fine and the same.
EBondo 242 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 Same thing happened to me, bought a pair that fit over my knees, went back, bought another pair that were the same size, didn't even reach my knees.

theWB 2 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 The NBH vapor socks come small, medium, and large. No jr or sr as far as I am aware. I pretty sure they are packaged in some third world country so mistakes are not out of the question. A good store would let you exchange them for another pair if they are two different sizes. VakarLajos 5 Report post Posted September 14, 2008 They come in small, medium, large. On the back of the package to the left of the UPC code it will say BKLS, BLKM, or BLKL. The last letter will indicate the size (BLKS - small...)FYI, sizes are in SKATE sizesS = 10(youth) - 2M = 2.5-7.5L = 8-13Also, these are 97% nylon so DO NOT dry these on High. Follow the instructions or they might possibly melt a bit and won't be nearly as soft when they come out of the dryer.I have a dozen or more in medium and i've never had a problem with the fit.
