V12 vs one55

Hey guys,

My brother's birthday is coming up and he needs a new pair of skates pretty bad. Him and I are the same size foot and he has worn my V12's and really liked them but he has also tried the one55's and really like them. I found a pair of brand new V12's in his size for short money but I also have a friend who works at a LHS that I can get one55's from for relatively short money. He plays a few nights a week in a beer league and a competitive league and could use a little more ankle support.

My question is, all things equal, what skate do you think would be better?

v12, but you have to make sure the blades are mounted right and that the eyelets seem stable.

I second the V-12's. Very comfortable skate.

Can the one55's be baked?

Why wouldnt they be able to be baked? The One55s are a lot of skate for the money. I know.. I own a pair.

yes they can. i have the supreme comp (one55 smu) and they are A LOT of skate for 300 bucks.
