Retail price is staying the same at ~$200 and they've downgraded materials? Still made in Canada?

Funny you should say that Chadd because our Vaughn/Eagle rep was in almost a month ago with the new catalog and price list. I saw the wholesale cost of the PPF's are down about $20. I can't believe $20 would make a difference in the quality of the product. I thought they just realized most people won't pay $199 for gloves so they lowered their cost. I'd love a specific reason if you have one because I haven't seen the new line yet in person and I'm not sure if I will get to.

At the very least, dealers should be able to make a few bucks on glove sales. I found out about the lower cost after I tried on the PPF. I can't put my finger on whatever the difference is, it's more of a feel thing. They just don't feel the same to me.

I have a pair of retail warrior franchises, 13" Narrow. The length is good, but they fit way too lose, I always drop my glove. Would the PPFi's be better? Anyone know where I can get PPFi's in the Toronto area? How would the X72i's compare?

My guess would be to try Majer Hockey or Hockey Experts(400/Hwy7 or Kennedy/401).

My local authorized Eagle dealer aparently won't process my custom order. Anyone have any positive experiances ordering custom PPFs from an online dealer? I don't want anything crazy, just custom colors PPFi, tufftek with plastics, name and number embroidery. Any idea how much that will run me? Over $200?
