Getting rid of haglunds/ creating more heel lock

Recommended Posts

What I did was I took this foam and covered a good portion of the heel with it. I used 2 layers on the right because that heel bothers me the most. Then I covered it in thin felt

I'll get some pictures in a second

It doesn't bother my bumps at all now and I have really good heel lock

It will not get rid of haglunds, just prevent it from getting worse. You will still have the lumps.

Hot glue

It seems to help

Yeah I'm not sure about the haglunds going away, I just hope it doesn't get worse. But it's not hard at all so It might go away, I'm not sure though, I haven't done much research

I know your a bauer guy, but also look at grafs. There are a lot of combos including very narrow heel. I like my g35s but not as much as my vacutacks for heel lock.

Yeah I've wanted them for awhile but there isn't any dealers that have them around here in Fl.

Hopefully this works out decently and I use these skates for awhile

I get my heels punched out and use bunga pads, if you notice during interviews in the locker rooms, you will see many cubicles w/ bungas hanging to dry.

so that bunga pad will create more heel lock?

No it will help prevent the pain by bone spurs from getting bigger.
