Personally, if we have the people necessary, and everyone wants to pay for the jerseys, I say we have them done as soon as possible. That way we can split up paying for jerseys and league fees instead of throwing a huge bill at everyone at once. If Apes has a PayPal account things could be worked out that way after everything is set up with the jerseys. That's just my opinion, however. In any case, I would like to start going to drop-in once in a while and getting a feel for who everyone is. Forgive me if I seem over-anxious.

What I would do is open a non-profit checking acct, Joey I would ask that you be a joint on it, this way there are two signers on it, but all ppl would have to do is either send a check or payment to us, or walk into any citizens bank (in all giant eagles) and say they want to deposit into acct. (Everyone can deposit but only signers can withdrawl.) I prefer this so no money ends up in personal accounts.

Also if everyone who's is interested could please email me apes.44@hotmail.com you first and last name, phone number, position, jersey size and number preference and level of interest I would appreciate it, so I can see how many guys we need to pick up.

So there is 4 of us so far. if its ok with everyone I would like to put together a spreadsheet in excel w names, phone, emails and such and send to everyone so that we can communicate as well. I will talk to my buddy tonight to see how many people he can bring with him from his team

I'm guessing I'll have a quote from DEFIANT within the next couple of days, I'll let you guys know what the jersey prices will be after I've had a chance to talk with him and Apes. These jerseys should come out looking pretty sharp if we have them done this way.

Apes and I are also looking into ACE Jerseys to do the work. We'll let you guys know what comes up. But please let us know what you feel as far as EDGE jersey .vs. the two jersey package.

I personally love the EDGE cut jerseys. I wear one for my inline team and they shed water and fit very well. I have no problem paying extra money to have quality jerseys made compared to cutting costs to get some throw away jersey. It's all up to everyone else. Let us know

Hmmm well warrendale may be abit far for me. Id be interested in a saturday night pick up though. Havnt been on the ice in a few months now. I live in oakdale and Airport and RMU are the closest. What time is pick up?

So if we do the edge jerseys and sock its going to be about 110, still looking into the ace sports jerseys. As far as socks they are 20$ and if you dont want to buy them they are probably the easiest way to cut that cost a bit. How does every one feel about the cost of jerseys?

I'll pay the fee for the Edge Jerseys and Socks... They're going to be very well done by DEFIANT. I don't think $110 is that bad considering we'll hopefully be using them again, and possibly buying another set if we go forward in another session.

Perhaps making the socks optional is a good move then. I'll be getting both jersey and socks if we go that route. But, shaving $20 off everyone's bill who doesn't want them might be a very good idea.

To be honest I could care less if we use Edge or regular jerseys. If it is a significant savings to go with Ace Jerseys, I'd go that way. But I could be the minority with that.

How many games is the season and which level is the team going for? Warrendale is a bit far for me to go every game but I would still like a shot at playing :)
