vnderachiever 3 Report post Posted May 20, 2009 I know you can buy a variety of sticks in multiples on Hockeymonkey, but are there any other sites that will cut some $$ off the price if you buy a set of 3 or 4 for example?? I know some sites say 10+ items for team orders, but I'm not THAT rich :P
tonguesOUT4life 17 Report post Posted May 21, 2009 Just plan a robbery at your lhs. sentances are less harsh then robbing a bank. Pull out a 65 flex stick as a hostage flex it to it's near break point and yell out "everyone on the floor or I'm gonna break this u sumuma biitches!!" grab some shin and blade tape on ur way out. I'd say ur looking at 1 or 2 years maybe u get bail early with good behaviour.Oh btw use a Gary bettman mask.

shotty 7 Report post Posted May 24, 2009 just ask for a deal. as long as the sticks aren't on closeout or something, the shop should be willing to move two sticks.

I know some sites say 10+ items for team orders, but I'm not THAT rich :PUnfortunately though is that those 3 or 4 sticks would all carry the same warranty being 30 days which personally makes no sense unless your buying pro stock sticks knowing theres no warranty on them at all. jimmy 194 Report post Posted May 25, 2009 Pretty much any shop would allow you a discount if you purchased 3 sticks, but you have to ask. HG and HM usually bundle "closeouts" together so they can get rid of them quicker. Rarely will you see current models bundled.Sogaduch made a good point, kind of risky to buy 3 at a time
vnderachiever 3 Report post Posted May 26, 2009 Thanks for the replies... I'm not too worried about breaking them, because I've had a bad record of either breaking sticks the first one or two times Im out on the rink with them, or never breaking them at all. I know exactly what I need, so the warranty thing doesn't bother me too much B)
