Video quality was a little questionable but some sick plays nonetheless.

Yeah it was, I tried to put it on HD but it took forever to load.

Nothing too special for NHLers, just a bunch of toe-drags. 2/3 of them don't even lead to goals, just random toe-drags in the neutral zone.

True, but I think Hemsky pulls the toe drag better than anyone out there. He also pulls that in between the legs move better than anyone I've seen.

Lecavalier is better at pulling the puck between his legs. He practices it and does it at game speed better than anyone else and he probably averages one per game, on the backhand and the forehand. Here's a couple:

Don't discount what Hemsky is doing. He's pretty much only doing 3-4 different moves but he does them at a high speed, simple and effective.

Hes still got some nice dangles. Not anything Schremp like by any means but still solid dekes and soft hands. I like Hemsky, but I would have to agree Semins toe drag is probably a bit better. Still, very underated player.

Semin's got some time to get better. Hemsky's problem, at least in that vid is lack of finish. Not to knock the obvious skill needed to pull those moves in the NHL, but would you consider any deke or toe drag, highlight worthy if the puck doesn't go in the net? I'm saying would Ovechkins goal vs the coyotes even be remembered for anything more than good effort if it wan't a goal?
