sdcopp 1 Report post Posted September 11, 2009 $700 to pre-order the RX60 from Monkey, and apparently the RX25 is MSRP'd at $250. Quite a jump between the two, would've been nice to see an RX40 type skate somewhere in between
Fandangles_hold the fan 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2009 totalhockey.net has the rx25 on sale for 199.99, they look like a really watered down version of the rx60. Its kinda trash that the skates are that expensive, my main problem isnt the skates price its worth it but rather if the skate has any kind of issues you would be paying 700 to find that out. ddbowdoin 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2009 I hate how only high end skates come in wide widths, it forces us to convert ice to roller.
AIREAYE 248 Report post Posted May 23, 2010 It says the RX:05's are good for outdoors...outdoors as on pavement for street hockey? or on outdoor tennis-type courts?
flyweightphantom 1 Report post Posted May 23, 2010 I'd say outdoors as in any surface.
savethechief2011 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2010 the 5s are "outdoors" because of the wheels not the boot. Just get outdoor wheels if you want a better boot.
5HoleMadman 6 Report post Posted October 12, 2010 Has anyone used these skates yet? The RX60's are a little pricey but would be easier than converting an ice boot to roller. Any thoughts as to whether or not these are the same as the ice boot?
