I have a pair of ccm 06 LE pants, in the front, there are 4 silver buttons. Can someone tell me what they are supposed to be used as/for?

Yeah but other people might. Unless they were custom made for you I would think that most if not all pants would come with buttons for suspenders. That way it covers all bases. People who use suspenders have the buttons while people who don't use them just ignore them.
