I don't know if anyone saw the highlights, but Nieminen's winning goal in the shootout was beautiful. I didn't really expect Tappara to win. I don't know whether it speaks highly of Tappara or lowly of the Panthers??

How do you go from reading a language that looks like this:

To learning English and functioning in the NHL. Of all the languages that share the same basic alphabet with English, Finnish has to be the strangest.

Ville Nieminen! I remember him from Colorado. Also henkka thanks for the translation. And this speaks lowly of the Panthers, IMO. Nothing against Tappara or any non NHL team but any NHL team should be able to beat any non NHL at any given time if you have your regular roster. What was most pathetic today was the Hawks. They lost straight up to Zurich

Euro jerseys get a lot of heat, but i love the accents on the helmets. A few decals could work pretty sweet in the NHL in my opinion.

If I remember correctly, he had one of the biggest mouths I've ever seen, literally. When he'd smile on the bench, he was like the Joker himself.
