Its an ok shop they have some good stuff but the selection is kind of limited.. Their main Front Row store in Thrould CA. is pretty bad ass though as they have a huge selection..

If you can get the older guy with the glasses who I think is the mgr to fit you for skates he is a good guy and knows what he is talking about.. Also of note if you get anyone to sharpen skates he is the man to do it dont let one of the kids do it..

chris does know his stuff. most of the skate stock seems to be graf in the pepsi center's store. the main store is the one they send you to if you want to get skates in any other company besides mission and graf due to the "rights" that great skate has with selling bauer, ccm, rbk, warrior and easton.

Front Row in Thorold, Ontario is a pretty sick store. If you do go there get Dave Monroe (owner), Armando (big fat guy & Manager), or the older skate sharpener guy. If you get Aaron (the big kid) ask for a deal and usually you'll get one!

Front Row Sports site.

You could probably get Graf skates at some of the local hockey shops in Niagara Falls or St. Catherines in Canada but unfortunately you might need to pay Canadian taxes or duty going back over the border( unless your there for longer than 48 hours. ) Need a vacation?

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Not counting myself, there are at least three other guys working in the shop who I would have sharpen my skates before I'd let Chris touch them...and two or three (again, not counting myself) who I would rather be sized by.

Also, Di Matteo - Aaron is now in Fort Erie.

You bring up a good point I forgot the other guy who works there all the time with the blondish blond hair and glasses knows what he is talking about and is a good guy I would also trust him (and I beleive I have) to sharpen my skates and fit me.. Sorry I forgot about him..

I am amazed at how many people there at Front Row do good work. I had my son in the other day getting his new Grafs, and I was impressed by the younger sales guys helping him. He was so nice to my son, and he knew his line and how to fit and bake them. I never had a bad sharpening by anyone there either.

At GS, I have only found one person ever helpful and I would not let them sharpen my worst enemies skates. Of course, I have the Blackstone now, so I don't worry.

I didn't know Aaron is in Fort Erie now, I haven't seen him in a while in Thorold so I guess thats the reason why... Is he the manager in Fort Erie then?
