Any body know or have seen these newer graphics package at their LHS? Im looking to buy one and the only place I can find it is at Hockeymonkey.com. Are there any other websites or stores in the Chicago or Wisconsin area that are selling them?

Thanks

Not to hijack the thread, but I can't find the Bauer one95 shaft flex 77 anywhere online.

I ordered one from a major retailer about a month ago and never received it. I called the retailer yesterday to ask about my order and they informed me that the shaft was sold out. And I said, "thanks for the excellent customer service" in not telling me anything for one month and forcing me to call to ask about my order.

purehockey.com has SMU tapered One95 shafts in 77 available.

Too bad that is the company that I ordered from and was never told that they were sold out.

EDIT: I was referring to the standard shaft -- NOT tapered.

ouch...

"thanks for the money. We'll send you the product eventually...."

Yeah, no kidding. Not to mention not crediting my account for an extended period of time.

I bought a One95 77 flex standard shaft off of Total Hockey a few months back and while I had to wait a few weeks since it was on back order, they never actually charged me until they shipped it out. I'd give them a shot. Can't guarantee you'll get it immediately, but I agree that it's kind of nice to not pay for something that isn't yet on its way.

Pretty nice shaft, though even when paired with the One95 blade, it isn't nearly as nice as its OPS counterpart. The kickpoint is definitely higher in the shaft/blade combo. I plan on trying one of the Easton S19 shafts when they come out as I'm curious to see if the "Focus Flex" from the Z-Bubble makes a difference. My only regret was that I wasn't patient enough to wait until the Nike/Bauer logo is completely phased out this Spring as I've always hated the Nike/Bauer logo and fell in love with the new Bauer logo since day one.

Maybe you should give the one95 tapered shaft a try since it theoretically has a lower kickpoint.

Yeah I've seen them at a few.

The LA Kings pro shop out here has some Nik Kronwall themed ONE95s in right and left hand. lol.

These are P14 curves and 87 flex for anyone interested...

True. I could buy a tapered shaft and that would fix my problem... only it wouldn't, as I already own 3 of them.

Here's my problem: while I like my Synergy Elite tapered shafts, they won't accept standard blades. More specifically, the One95 composite. I have my Synergy Elites paired up with Vapor XXXX wood blades as I love the feel. The problem with those blades, however, is that they last about 2 and a half games before showing signs of death. The One95 composite blade, on the other hand, has (in my opinion) the best feel and feedback of a wood blade with none of the drawbacks.

My mission, then, is to find a standard shaft that best translates the lower kickpoint feel of a tapered shaft. The Z-Bubble/S15/S19 seems like what I'm looking for. I've heard some good things and some not-so-good things about them, but I'm still curious enough to find out on my own.

I think.... they were right around $200 each.

$195.00, they had around 4-5 in R and L.

Although the sticks say 87 flex, I would go out on a limb and say they felt slightly stiffer than that.

Maybe I should have kept my mouth shut, I wanted to pick up one more. Hopefully they wont sell out.
