Equipment with the best ventilation

Recommended Posts

Mission Fuel 130 gloves, any brand Nike's with a ventilated toe-cap permitting you can fit the narrow fit...Valken and Mission both have really good pants. (Meaning inline pants, I assume.)

Helmet = Mission Intake

Gloves = All are pools. Guess my CCM Vectors tried the fastest of any...

Shin Pads = newer RBK 8K's.

Pants = Mission.... lighter the better.

I'm glad you decided to do this post. Here are a couple of options for skates, gloves, shin pads, helmets, and elbow pads. I didn't bother with the pants, because most of them look so fruity, I wouldn't wear them no matter how breezy or comfortable they are.

Gloves:

Bauer Supreme One75

Franklin THT

Eagle Sentry

*CCM Vector V10

Shin Guards:

CCM U+ Pro

*Easton Stealth S19

Elbow Pads:

Bauer Vapor X:60

Reebok 9k ASD

Helmet:

*Reebok 8k

Easton Stealth S7

Tour H-95 Spartan

Cascade M11 Messier

Nike Bauer 5500 SE

CCM HK5

Skates:

**CCM Vector 10.0

Mission Boss Black

Reebok 7k Dusk Pump

Reebok 8k Pump

*Nike Bauer Mega Pro

Sorry for all of the links. The star indicates the top pick(s)

Well ventilated skates? Are you sure you didn't just list off a bunch of gear?

Sure seems like it. Looks like a random list to me. I have the one75 gloves and I wouldn't really call them well ventilated for hot temps.

I'd have to agree that the CCM Vector 10 skates are well ventilated. the vents in the toe cap work really well. In contrast, I used a pair of Nike Bauer RX15 skates and my sweat just pooled in them.

I also have a pair of Easton S15s that I converted to inline skates. the Dryflow system in the bottom are not bad for venting, but the composite construction of the skates get destroyed in rougher surfaces.

my Old (but in brand new condition!) Biltrite gloves...love em!

I use Biltrite Works, and the ventilation is the best I have ever used. Picked up a white pair a few years back, beautiful gloves!
