Fit of CCM v08 helmet vs. v10

I'm looking into getting a new helmet soon, and the CCM v08 has caught my eye. However, I can't seem to find a store that carries them in stock, just the v10. I've tried on the v10 and the medium seems to fit me pretty well, would I find a similar fit with the v08?

VN will feel different than EPP but the fit should be the same.

I think the V08 fits Larger than most. I wear a M in a Bauer 4500 and a Small V08 fits me.

V08 is definitely larger than most. I can wear a medium in the V10 and a small in the V08.

If you fit the V10 and are in about the lower third of the adjustment range, I'd say try the small in the V08. If you adjustment on the V10 is about the middle or larger, you should be fine with a medium V08.

I wear the V08 in a Medium on its smallest setting. I can only wear the V10 in a Large, on its middle setting. Strange stuff.

I have a small v08, and a medium v10. I tried on a medium v10, but even at the smallest settings it was still too big for me.

definitely the CCM v08 helmet fits larger than other helmets, not only the v10. when i tried both, i just couldnt get use to the v10 fitting and ended up going to the v08.

even on the smallest setting for the v08 in a Medium, it was still too large and i dont have a small head.

Okay, so I was finally able to purchase a v08, and a medium fits me perfectly. My hat size is 7 1/4, and the medium fits great on the smallest setting (I guess a small would fit, too). I can't really remember how the v10 fits any more, but I previously had an 892 and this is much "deeper" (don't know quite how to describe it, but the 892 sat very tall on my head, the front was maybe halfway down my forehead). So I'd say they fit bigger than listed, because I believe it says a hat size of 7 1/4 is on the high end of the medium, but it doesn't seem like it.
