p91 vs. p91a

Besides what I read at Mybauer about the lie being different, is there anything else different? Im looking for members that have actually tried the curves. How much of a difference is the lie? Im looking at getting the p91 as my lie is a tad low based off of the tape wear test. I just want everything else to be the same. Any help? Thanks

I compared a P91A off a XXXX stick with an SE16 Drury, and they were basically identical. The lie was the same for both patterns. For this reason, I went with the P91 for my One95, due to the higher lie, but it's the same lie as my Drury and Kovalev, so go figure. Either I got hosed, or there's no real difference in terms of lie between the two curves.

Curve-wise the P91A (should) be flatter and have less curve.

I used both (P91a from a prostock XXX lite & P91 from a retail XXXX) a while ago (switched to mid-toe) and to me personally the difference in lie was noticable: .5 translates to ~ 1 degree, so to compenstate I had to cut an inch of the stick. Other then that the way I remember the curve it's is identical.

i talked to a bauer rep the day. the difference is one has less loft than the other. for the life of me i can't remember which.
