twiztidwrista10 3 Report post Posted January 18, 2011 Hey guys,I thought I came across a link here on MSH, to an online retailer that was selling some CCM or Reebok pro stock pants, possibly the MHP520, but I don't remember exactly. I tried doing a few different searches, but no luck. If anyone could recommend a web site that is selling any pro stock Reebok or CCM pants that would be great! I know these pants pop up on Ebay occasionally but I'm not interested in another pair of pants that are beat to sh*t, so count Ebay out. I'm looking for black, size M-L specifically. Thanks for any help.

twiztidwrista10 3 Report post Posted January 18, 2011 Came across these on The Hockey Shop. These would be ideal! They look like the pro stock ECHL MHP520 that I've worn in the past. They're on the home page at THS, but when you click on the product the page doesn't exist or something. I suppose I'll be give TSR and THS a call tomorrow.. stuie7 6 Report post Posted January 18, 2011 Probably the hockey shop and the NCAA pants. The ones they used to have (and I bought) are Reebok branded Jofa MHP7000's, but they're awesome none the less.

Do they look like the ones pictured above? Remind me, is the MHP7000 a girdle-like pant, similar to the current 11K and the '09 9K, or not? Thanks.

Thanks.Yeah, this is them:They're currently in the bath getting washed, that explains the photo..I've not tried any of the Reebok retail pants so I could not say how they compare or not. However I will say they are bulky and very protective and probably not at all like the retail offerings of Reebok. Although they're a 2-piece pant, its uppers & lowers as opposed to girdle & shell. When I first got them they seemed very bulky, but they quickly break in and you don't notice them. One of the best pieces of kit I've bought, I'd recommend them. twiztidwrista10 3 Report post Posted January 18, 2011 Cool thanks for the picture stuie! Thats good to hear about the 2-piece design. Both pairs of my MHP520's are 2-piece, and the concept seems like a very good one. I don't know what it is anymore, but it seems like a lot of retail equipment just isn't up to par. For Reebok's second highest end pant, I was kind of disappointed in the '10 9K. The plastic inserts seem pretty thin, especially the tailbone one. I mean I still get occasional hip and tailbone pointers in the Reebok MHP520's I'm wearing now and the inserts in those appear to be much thicker. I'm thinkin pro stock > retail any day. twiztidwrista10 3 Report post Posted January 19, 2011 THS didn't have any in medium or large , and when I called TSR I got the "not open" message even though I called at 1:00 PM central? Can hockey shops order these pants at all? Would it have to be a bulk order? Curse retail equipment..
