Those of you looking to buy European jerseys

Recommended Posts

I know a lot of people on here want to buy some European jerseys but they're nearly impossible to track down. In this weeks Hockey News there is a large page long article about tracking down European jerseys, so you should definitely check it out.

It also provides some links you could look at:

A few of those links dont work. Does anyone know where to find SM-Liiga jerseys? Like actual jerseys, not just like jersey shirts? In particular, Jokerit Jerseys?

Those links are the best I've seen so far, which isn't saying much as they are pretty poxy. Im sure you had good intentions with them but that doesn't change the fact.

i second the www.russianjerseys.com as well - if you order from them it might take a little while depending on what it is - but i love my jersey i got from them and they have a pretty good selection

Does anyone know where I can find some Ukrainian hockey jerseys?

I know Khimik is a Ukrainian team and it's on Russianjerseys.com but i'm looking for any other ones too.

You can get Ukrainain National jerseys at Rivercitysports.com (Same place as the Italy Link).

I was wondering about the Swedish Elite & 2nd Leagues. Do they have a website with Team links/stores. I can find some articles about the leagues but can't find league sites.

I was looking at the Forseberg replica jersys on the MODO web site. The sizes available are M,L,XL, and 150. What size is "150"?????

150 centimeters = a little under 60 inches. It's likely an XXL or a goalie cut.

Does anyone know where you can get the Italian national team jersey?  A friend of mine has been after one for ages.

Thats not the italian national jersey, that is just one made up by RCS

Same with the ukrainian one on there.

thanks...good to know. I recognized Belarus and a couple others, so I thought they were all legit.

I can't speak for the other teams but the 150 isn't a goalie cut size, it's a childrens size for children and youth that are about 150 cm (59 inches) tall. Over here they use this system for kids clothes so it's not for adults (unless they're very small).

I've seen a few on ebay sometimes. I've been trying to get an Italy jersey too, but I figure I'll just wait another year for the 2006 Winter Olympics because I'm sure Italy will have a hockey team there since they're hosting the games, and hopefully Italy jerseys will be easier to find on sites like icejerseys.com or shop.nhl.com or something.

So an XL should be about the same size as a CCM or NIKE XL?

That is correct. An XL is an adult XL. Although, as with most other clothes, different companies can vary a bit and some brands can be a little smaller or bigger than other brands even if the size tags say XL. But basically, it should be the same.
