V08 helmet with 7500 cage fit

I'm willing to buy CCM V08 helmet size small with 7500 bauer cage size medium. will it fit? i'm size medium in intake fusion and that would be small in V08 based on sizing chart. am i right?

Is the there even a big difference between the 7500 and 9900?

Weight, size of bars and finish.

Cage will fit, might need to add bigger stoppers but can't imagine why they wouldn't

I don't know if this helps but I have a medium v10 helmet with a 9900 medium cage and it works out perfectly.

The front two screws on the V08 may be too far apart for that cage...

It will fit, I tried it b/c I have the 7500 cage large and wanted a medium V08.

But the cage will slide from side to side b/c it doesn't have the little plastic pieces beside the front mount clips like the ccm cages do.
