CCM Crazy Light vs CCM U+12 Skates

Hate to be a pain and keep asking questions but here it goes.

Are there any big differences between the CL and U+12 as far as comfort and performance that would be worth paying the extra $200 for the CL or just get the U+12? Anyone use either of the two skates?

If I recall correctly, the CL will be stiffer, have a different liner and a different/lighter outsole. It is really up to you on whether it will be worth the extra cash or not. Your best bet is to try them both on and decide if you can justify the $200 to yourself.

How is the sizing on the CCM ? Go donw 1.5 size or down 2sizes? Current skate is a 9.5, feel foot slide when I push off of toes hard. Would like a responsive skate, even if I have more pain for break in.

The only way to know for sure it try them on in store. Generally they fit a size and a half down

Can't comment on U+12 but I'm usually 1.5 sizes down from shoe size in RBK, but a full 2 sizes down on the CL's. Could just be my pudgy duck feet though.
