jnovakii 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2011 Currently I'm wearing a 13" Bauer Vapor X:40 (also have an X:20 for pick street games) but I'm beginning to think they are a tad small. The bone on the inside part of my hands (the ball of the hand near the wrist) doesn't sit within the palm area of the gloves. It's protected by the 2 pads on the bottom of wrist part of glove. My only concern was always the break in if I would've gone to a 14" and having them be too loose. My fingers come to the end easily, also. I'm looking to get into a Warrior Luxe but there is virtually no place around here that carries them. It looks like the Luxe and Vapor are pretty comparable so ordering a 14" may be ok? I thought I was perfect in 13"until I started using 14s and didn't lose any mobility and appreciated the better protection.Bauer Vapor 13s do tend to run smaller than some other gloves however. I tried both on just recentely and decided to buy X60s instead and have not looked back. The Luxes feel more bulky, like they have thicker padding. Nice glove, theyll probably break in nice...but I'm in love with my X60s, best glove I ever owned. (My last were Warrior Franchises) On a side note...I made the switch from using 14"s my whole life, now using 13s and they're much better for me. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

skyscrape 5 Report post Posted December 13, 2011 To the ops. I just went from a 14 inch x:60 pro glove to a Luxe 14 inch. I would say the Luxe gloves fit a hair bigger. SLightly longer in the palm and the fingers. Width is about the same. When I first got my x:60's they were short in the fingers and the palm stopped before they reached the bottom of hand. They stretched out and felt great, but they are full of holes and stink to high heaven so I swapped them. The Luxe glove feels perfect is size. They feel broken in already!
