Broken beloved One95 blade...what else is comparable?

Recommended Posts

I have a One95 shaft, and had paired it with a One95 blade - and loved it.

Today during a tournament however...stopped a defenseman taking a slapshot and then noticed the blade is now snapped halfway through at the heel.

Glad it's a two piece however...it took me AGES to get a senior RH One95 blade in a P91a or PM9 via eBay (ended up scouring USA eBay every day for a looong time.

Can anyone suggest a comparable blade on the market at present? Checked eBay and unfortunately no one95's *sadface*

Loved the puck feel of that blade and it's durability was awesome (the shot I blocked was serious power so not surprised it broke really)

Here in the UK, no-one seems to sell the Total One blade either, but having never used a T1 I also don't know what the feel is like on that.

Just wondered what replacement blade One95 users recommend. I used my Vapor XXXX for the rest of the tournament but it was nowhere near the same feel.

I'm happy to order internationally etc as the UK market is just....rubbish.

I've never found anything that can really compare but the feel on the TotalOne is pretty good. If you do happen to find something that is as good as the One95 feel I'd love to know.

Agreed--I'm working with one One95 blade and one TotalOne blade in P91A right now, they feel pretty comparable to me. The TotalOne doesn't play with as soft of a feel, but it's pretty close.

Ahh figured most would say the T1. Might order that T1 and the AK27 then, still a broken man with a broken blade lol. Loved the puck feel with the 95 :(

Might have to get a delorean and go back to 2009 ha ha

Thanks for all the replies, v helpful chaps :)

For a standard shaft, the T1 will be the closest in feel and durability. Not exact, but close. Nothing will be like the One95. Big fan of that blade and wish they made a tapered version in either One95 or T1.
