Deeper hockey pants

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I'm 6 foot 240lbs, I'm wearing a pair of rbk 9k pants in xl, and I just can't pull them up high enough, the crotch fouls on my junk and I can't get the kidney protection up high enough.

I end up wearing them like hipster jeans, they provide no protect and are forever falling down.

Anyone know of any deeper fitting pants. Or share my problem?

A longer torso can cause some issues with fit. You shouldn't have any problems with Tackla 9000s

Try looking at Tackla's with the +2" (or other similar, pro-stock pants) in leg length and invest in a pair of braces.

I don't think longer legs are a good idea. They won't help move the kidney padding up or add more room in the crotch and at 6' tall, they would likely be too long in the legs.

Durp. Good catch, I'll give you that one.

go for a girdle without inner pant instead... it's somewhat adjustable lengthwise and does not restrict in any way if you dont buy

a too small shell... I use a bit older Jofa 7500 girdle, all pads in it are adjustable..

Would going up a size in the rbks give me extra crotch room? If I say went to an xxl? The xl fits fit around the waist, could probably even squeeze into a large, it's just the crouch squishing my gonads when I pull them up past my hips

+2 on the Tackala. My 9000's are the only thing I feel right in. I have a very long body and very short legs (5'10, 195 and 26 inch legs) and the mobility and fit of tackala pants can't be beat.

Thanks guys. Anyone got a set of second hand tackla 9000's in xl they want to part with?

I'm almost ready for a new pair after 9 years. By the way, soliciting product isn't permitted in the equipment forums.

I recently picked up a Reebok 9K girdle and felt like it was too small. Waist was a little snug, but that's how girdles fit. Something was off though, and I determined after two skates it wasn't deep enough, like it didn't come up high enough. Made me feel like I was wearing low rise pants, or like they were sagging, but still tight on the waist at the same time. It was weird so I bought a large and it fits much better. Now however the waist seems a touch too big but in still deciding if I'm going to keep it or say forget this 9K girdle stuff and go back to pants. Funny thing is after reading these - I came from Tackla 9000

Oh and my tacklas were size 50 tall (+2")

No worries, can I use it to solicite sex?

Well, a lot of the members here are underage and about 95% are male. Unless you're a priest, it's probably the wrong place for that.

Anyone know anything about the tackla AIR 9000's? Are they the same pants as the tackla 9000's?

Different version of the same pant. Some models have zippers in the legs, some do not. Be careful when looking if that is something you care about.

Yes the tacklas are much roomier. But I am going from pants to girdle, so I expected this (not sure yet if I like it). My tacklas are the Air 9000z (have zippers on the inside of the legs).
